Trying out Seattle's Best's newest coffee beverage. Rae and I usually want our coffee plain and simply black. However, SB's poster got us very curious. Also, we wanted to avail of the 20% discount because we are their MOA branch's company of the month for July. Yey!

Rae bought the sea salt caramel mocha which has a very cute starfish on top. Mine's the peppermint pot mocha which looks exactly like a pot with a bud of peppermint. They looked so cool it took us a while to finally drink it.



We found it too sweet for our taste. I liked the mint flavor but I had a hard time finishing mine. I gave some to my office mates and they actually liked it. Oh well, I guess it depends on one's preference.

I'm now back to my usual black coffee. :D

One of my bosses described 4 Fingers Chicken as "BonChon, only better."

I like BonChon chicken -- and upon hearing that from my boss, I made sure I visit the place. I went to their branch at SM Mall of Asia.

The first thing I noticed was the graffiti wall:

We waited a good 15 minutes for the chicken.


It was worth the wait. I love the crunchiness of the outside. I was wary that the flesh might be bland and undercooked. Thankfully, it wasn't.

I ordered garlic soy and E ordered the spicy one. The latter wasn't spicy enough in my opinion.




I like how they designed the drinking glass and dining 'plates'. And I found this note interesting:


But their chicken was too good to keep to myself.

Heaven on earth -- that's the cake's name. This is in one of E and my Saturdates. We were supposed to try Happy Lemon but it was already closed.

Does the name live up to the taste? Yes.
